| NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS THE Flagship Niagara League (“League”) is seeking a qualified consultant to assess current League practices and procedures regarding human resources and to develop its human resources program, and train current League staff to manage that program, and/or to consult with the League on an ongoing basis as to the management of the program developed. The Flagship Niagara League is a locally operated, 501(c)(3) non-profit educational associate organization of the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission (PHMC), chartered to facilitate citizen participation and operation of the US Brig NIAGARA and its homeport, Erie Maritime Museum. The League has its offices at 150 E. Front Street, Erie, PA 16507. | MILLCREEK TOWNSHIP RESOLUTION FOR CONSIDERATION TO BE ADOPTED FEBRUARY 23, 2010 A Resolution pursuant to Section 6(s) of the Municipal Authorities Act to approve the plan of construction and estimated project costs of the Millcreek Township Sewer Authority’s Old Sterrettania Road Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer Project. WHEREAS, based upon service requests, known violations, and an on-lot septic malfunction rate of more than 25% of parties involved, a determination of need has been ascertained; and WHEREAS, the Millcreek Township Sewer Authority by its Resolution 2010-13, has approved a Plan of Construction of the project known as the Old Sterrettania Road Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer Project and Total Estimated costs of $54,000, all or a portion of which would be assessable. Upon completion of the project, the Authority would impose assessments of $54,000 or a portion thereof upon the benefited properties, estimated for the main at approximately $3,500 per parcel (benefit) and for service connection fees of approximately $1,000.00 per unit (benefit); and WHEREAS, the Millcreek Township Sewer Authority would advance from its’ project fund the costs of the project, impose assessments upon completion and file liens as to unpaid assessments; and WHEREAS, Section 6(s) of the Municipal Authorities Act, 53 P.S.§306(s), requires approval by the municipality of the plan of construction and estimated project costs prior to commencement of such project; and WHEREAS,To ensure compliance with provisions of the Second Class Township Code, the Millcreek Township Sewer Authority at its’ cost and as a project cost in addition to those set forth above, has published this Resolution in a newspaper of general circulation once per week for three consecutive weeks. IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of Millcreek Township, Erie County, Pennsylvania that: 1.The plan of construction and estimated costs of the Old Sterrettania Road Low Pressure Sanitary Sewer Project as submitted and approved by the Millcreek Township Sewer Authority is approved, said project costs to include the additional expense of advertising required under the Second Class Township Code; and 2.The Township Secretary shall provide to the Millcreek Township Sewer Authority for its files a true and attested copy of this Resolution. | BEGINNING March 8th, the location of the HD (High Definition) broadcast channels will move to the 1000's in the Erie City and County areas as shown below: WJET/ABC HD will move to 1004, WSEE/CBS HD will move to 1005, WICU/NBC HD will move to 1012, WQLN/PBS will move to 1007, WFXP/Fox HD will move to 1006. Beginning March 8th, the location of the HD (High Definition) cable channels will also move to the 1000's Erie city and county areas. The change will be to 'add a 1' to the current standard definition digital channel position currently located beginning in the 100's: For example: ESPN, currently on position 301 in Standard Definition will move to 1301. For example: USA Network currently on position 201 in Standard Definition will move to 1201. Detailed channel line ups are printed in the local news section of this paper. These changes to the HD channel positions do not affect the channel positions for customers not subscribing to HD service from Time Warner Cable.
