Fire Hydrant Testing Begins
Oct 30 2009 12:00AM  By
The city of Enterprise Fire Department will begin its annual fire hydrant flow testing on Monday, Nov. 2. Testing will start inside the circle and then move outward. Residents should understand that the city is not wasting water, but that this testing is vital to the maintenance and upkeep of the city fire department, and helps ensure citizens safety in the event of an emergency. Testing should take two to three months.

If residents should notice a discoloration of their water, they should not be alarmed, but should allow a water faucet to run until it clears up. If you have any questions, call 348-2603.
